Why I am writing Diet4Idiots Blog now
I have been struggling with weight loss for the past few years.
I am not obese, I am overweight and have a pot belly. Several years ago I followed a strict diet and exercise regiment and lost lot of weight, then I reached a plateau. The weight just wasn’t going anywhere. I got discouraged, stopped dieting and the weight gain began. Basically, I wanted to find a solution that will allow me to keep within my healthy weight range, and Body Mass Index (BMI) without being forced to diet and exercise excessively. I also wanted to find a way to beat the plateau that had occurred in the past.
I researched online and I came across the diet4idiots also know as the fat loss for idiots diet, or the calorie shifting diet, I read the literature it made sense to me so I bought the e-book and the diet generator that comes along with it, and i followed the cycle twice. It worked. I did lose the weight as the book said I would. Well the years past and I am back. I must lose weight again for various reasons which I will describe in this blog. I intend to start the cycle and add a few ideas or suggestions of my own.
If you want to, or must lose weight and just don’t want to endure the hassle of a lengthy strict diet and exercise regiment, come along for the ride. Your out of pocket expense, getting the diet4idiotsbook and the diet generator will be nominal compared to benefits you will gain. Learning the system and repeating it whenever the bulge comes out, or when you want or must lose weight for any reason
